Ingredients: One kg of potato, one teaspoon of salt, two tablespoons of soybean oil, half a teaspoon of panchphoran, three green chillies, half a teaspoon of ginger paste, half a teaspoon of cumin paste, half a cup of hot water, a pinch of sugar.

How to make: Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil with salt. Heat oil in a pan and mix well with bay leaves, panchforan, green chilli powder, ginger paste, cumin paste and sugar. Then add boiled potatoes and hot water. After a while, lower it and sprinkle coriander leaves on top and serve.

Rhythm:

Ingredients: Two cups of palm juice, one cup of sugar, one pinch of baking soda, two cups of flour, oil as required, three cardamoms, two tablespoons of peanuts.

How to make: Mix flour, palm juice and half a cup of sugar well together. Heat oil in a pan and fry till brown. Heat milk in a pan and add half of sugar. When the milk boils, chop the cardamom and thicken the milk. When the milk is thick, remove it after five minutes with the palm fronds.

Mixed vegetables:

Ingredients: cauliflower, shrimp, papaya, potato, bean and carrot cut into two cups, dried pepper three, poppy paste one pinch, cumin paste half teaspoon, ginger paste half teaspoon, green pepper paste half teaspoon, sugar one teaspoon , One teaspoon of salt, three of dried pepper, three cups of hot water, two tablespoons of crushed coriander leaves, one tablespoon of crushed tomatoes. Half a cup of soybean oil.

How to make: Cut the vegetables into pieces, wash them well and drain the water. Heat oil in a pan and fry well with dried chillies, panchphoran, bay leaves and vegetables for 15 to 20 minutes. Then cover with poppy paste, cumin paste, ginger paste, green chilli paste, sugar, salt and hot water. After 30 minutes, remove the coriander leaves and tomato paste.

Payes:

Ingredients: One kg of liquid milk, half a cup of roasted rice, sugar as required, raisins as required, cardamom three, almonds as required.

How to make: Wash the rice well and drain the water. Give milk. When the milk starts to boil, pour the rice. Stir after a while so that the milk does not stick to the pan. When the rice is cooked, add sugar. Then keep stirring on low heat till the milk thickens. When the milk thickens, mix the raisins, almond powder and cardamom powder in small quantity and take it down. But remember, you have to add sugar or powder only after the rice is well cooked, otherwise the rice will not be well cooked.
